* • Rates are net in Thai Baht per room per night
• A deposit of 50% of total amount is required prior to the arrival to guarantee the reservation
in green and high season and 100% of total amount is required for peak season
• Deposit is non-refundable
• Early check out is 100% charged.
• Bed Linen and cleaning will be every 3 days after check in.
• In case of late arrival or postpone arrival date / time,
please inform us at least 72 hrs. before arrival date/time.
• No show within 24 hours without any contact to us will lead to a cancellation of the booking
at 12.00 noon of the next day, deposit is non-refundable.
• Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
Early check in or late checkout can be requested upon arrival/departure
and is subject to availability
• Special: Automatic Scooter at 120 Baht per day and 3000 per month (Honda Scoopi or Honda Click)
